A three-member Governing Council manages the Institute for Neuromarketing, all appointed for four-year terms. Consisting of the Chairman and two other members, they are responsible for upholding its work & development programs, deciding on financial plans, annual accounts, and proposing changes to the Founder.
The Director General directs business operations and represents and acts on behalf of the institution per prescribed regulations established by law, Instrument incorporation & Articles Institution documents. The Director General is appointed for a mandate period of four years.
